It must compare or contrast issues that will persuade the reader that the author’s point of view is correct. Finally, the writing should present all points in order to form a logical conclusion based on the information and proof given by the writer. Students must make sure that they: · Start their opinion clearly. · Gave strong reasons to support their opinion. · Organized their reasons in logical order. · Presented both sides of the argument. · Clearly indicate what they want the readers to think regarding the issue.
